Warranty

The Harmonia Living warranty covers manufacturing defects, normal wear and tear is not included. With a little bit of care, your furniture will outlive the warranty by many years.

• Aluminum Frame: Harmonia Living extends a 2 year limited residential/1 year limited commercial warranty against defects in workmanship and materials that cause structural failure.
• Aluminum Finish: Finishes carry a 1 year residential & commercial warranty against defects such as peeling, cracking, or extreme discoloration.
• HDPE Wicker: Harmonia Living extends a 2 year limited residential/1 year limited commercial structural and finish warranty against structural failure, finish fading, or cracking.
• Steel Frame Stand: Harmonia Living extends a 2 year limited residential/6 month limited commercial warranty against defects in workmanship and materials in steel frames that cause a structural failure.
• Steel Finish: Finishes carry a 1 year limited residential/90 day limited commercial warranty against defects such as peeling, cracking, or extreme discoloration. Finish warranty void if scratched or within 1 mile of the ocean.
• Cushions: 1 year residential warranty/90 day commercial warranty for workmanship

Care and Maintenance

Frame: Simply hose off or wipe down your frame to clean it! Avoid using harsh cleaners, brushes or power washers, which could damage the finish. Take extra care when placing your furniture in humid or coastal settings; accumulation of salts and other debris can cause damage to your frame. Should the stand get scratched or damaged, the metal will begin to rust. Use Rustoleum spray paint to touch up and prevent rust from spreading.

HDPE Wicker: To clean HDPE wicker, rinse with cool water, and use a cloth with mild dish soap to wipe down and remove dust and residue. Use cool water to wipe away any soapy residue. Dry with a soft cloth.

Cushions & Outdoor Fabric: Cleaning your cushions on a regular basis will help prevent build-ups of dirt, which can generate mildew. Simply spot treat stains with mild soap and water, rinse, and allow the fabric to air dry. Tip: Placing a cushion on its side will help the water to drain faster! Never use a commercial washer or dryer to clean your cushions.

Covers & Storage: When not in use, we recommend using a protective cover with your furniture. During harsh weather and extreme temperatures, we recommend storing your outdoor pieces in a shed or garage. Avoid storing upside down, which can trap moisture. Damage caused by the elements, normal wear and tear or improper care is not covered by Harmonia Living's warranties.
