There is a non-refundable $100 template fee per size of cushion. There are three things that determine the price of custom cushions: the fabric grade, the size of the cushion and the complexity of the cushion pattern. Average pricing is available on the Custom Cushions Request Form and upon request, a member of our design team can run a quote for you at no extra cost.

A: We can source any non-exclusive Sunbrella, Revolution, Outdura, Tempotest or Bella Dura performance fabrics which are easy to clean, and are fade, stain, and mildew resistant and carry a 5 year warranty.

Choose from hundreds of prints and patterns, at varying levels of quality, all outdoor-grade! We can also work with COM (Customer's Own Material).

A: All cushions are sewn with PremoBond brand marine-grade UV.

This is treated thread made from high-quality mold, mildew, and rot resistant bonded polyester ensures your cushions won’t fall apart at the seams.

A: Yes, our custom and replacement cushions are machine washable and feature durable and frustration free YKK brand zippers for easy removal of the cushion covers.

Also, each seam is finished with overlock stitching for additional durability, reinforcement, weather proofing AND to prevent the fraying of internal fabric edges during machine washing.

A: Around 4 - 6 weeks.

Custom Cushions typically take 4-6+ weeks depending on fabric availability from our distributor, cushion templates and the size of the order. We will be able to provide you with updates on your order every step of the process.

A: Around 4 - 6 years.

Outdoor cushions typically have a life span of 4-6 years depending on the quality of the materials used in the original construction. If your existing cushions still have a foam core that is in good shape, we can simply make new fabric covers for your cushions, or if the foam core is worn out we can provide you with a complete new set of outdoor cushions. We pay special attention to the details that impact the life of patio furniture cushions by using high quality fabric and thread, and we use an overlock stitch on the cushion seams to prevent fabric from fraying.

A: The foam options are: medium, firm and a quick dry option (reticulated foam).

The quick dry foam is a unique porous open-cell structure that allows for draining resulting in fast drying. All of our foam is American made CertiPUR-US® certified foam cushion inserts which are produced without harmful chemicals such as formaldehyde, ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP flame retardants and are free of mercury, lead, and other heavy metals to protect the planet as well as the health of you and your loved ones.

A: All cushions can be easily cleaned with mild dish soap and water.

All of our outdoor cushions have a zipper so the cover can easily be removed and machine washed with cold water. Here's a bit more information about how to clean outdoor performance fabrics (Link to PDF on care).
