The patio set we ordered came damaged (glass shattered and wicker damaged) and in 2 separate orders. Joe was very proactive in handling the situation, making sure product was returned and we have another one on the way now. He replied to emails quite fast and kept me abreast of the process. I really was annoyed when this whole issue started since most customer service related issues do not tend to be handled expeditiously and with such courtesy, that I felt he needed to be recognized."
