Warranty

Oxford Garden's warranty covers manufacturing defects; normal wear and tear is not included. With a little bit of care, your Oxford Garden furniture will outlive the warranty by many years.

• Frame: Oxford Garden warranties all powder-coated aluminum frames for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase against structural failure.
• Finish: Oxford Garden warranties the powder coat finish on all aluminum frames for a period three (3) years from the date of purchase against peeling, flaking and blisters.
• Hardware: Oxford Garden warranties all hardware used in the construction of its outdoor furniture for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase to be free from defects and against structural failure.
• High-Pressure Laminate: Oxford Garden® warranties all high-pressure laminate table tops for a period five (5) years against any major discoloration on the product or manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when used, maintained and stored under normal commercial use
• Fabric: Oxford Garden warranties all cushion, pillow, and umbrella fabrics including Sunbrella®, Solution-Dyed Polyester, Solution-Dyed Olefin for a period of one (1) year due to color or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions.

Care & Maintenance

Frame Care: Simply hose off or wipe down your frame to clean it! Avoid using harsh cleaners, brushes or power washers, which could damage the finish. Regular maintenance of the furniture will extend its life and will keep it looking beautiful.

Fabric Care: Cleaning your cushions on a regular basis will help prevent build-up of dirt, which can generate mildew. Simply spot treat stains with mild soap and water, rinse, and allow the fabric to air dry. Tip: Placing a cushion on its side will help the water to drain faster! Never use a commercial washer or dryer to clean your cushions.

High-Pressure Laminate (HPL): Clean with a moist microfiber cloth. Remove most stains with water and ordinary all-purpose cleaner or dishwashing detergent. For stubborn stains, use a dab of concentrated detergent. Avoid abrasive or highly aggressive cleaning products like steel wool, scouring powder or other polishes as they can scratch the surface and cause damage.
