• Frames are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of seven (7) years.
• The finish is warranted against peeling, cracking, or blistering for a period of three (3) years, provided the product has not been scratched or abraded.
• Cushions are warranted for a period of one (1) year against separation at the seams only.
• Sunbrella fabric has a five (5) year fade warranty.

Care & Maintenance

Enjoy your Forever Patio furniture for years to come by keeping it in good shape! Simply hose off or wipe down your frame to clean it, taking care to dry it thoroughly after. Avoid using harsh cleaners, brushes or power washers, which could damage the finish. Cleaning your cushions and wicker on a regular basis will help prevent build-ups of dirt, which can generate mildew. Simply spot treat stains with mild soap and water, rinse, and allow the fabric to air dry. Tip: Placing a cushion on its side will help the water to drain faster! Never use a commercial washer or dryer to clean your cushions. Take extra care when placing your furniture in humid or coastal settings; accumulation of salts and other debris can cause damage to your frame and void the warranty. When not in use, we recommend using a protective cover with your furniture. During harsh weather and extreme temperatures, we recommend storing your Forever Patio pieces in a shed or garage.

What is Welt?

Welt goes by several names. It can be called a welt trim, welt cord, welt piping, or simply welting. It is the decorative trim around the edges of a cushion to give the cushions a more finished look. A thin piece of cord or piping is wrapped in fabric and sewn to the seams of a cushion. It serves two primary functions. The first is functional, helping to strengthen and protect the seams of the cushion. The second is visual. Welt gives cushions a more finished look and emphasizes the shape of the cushion. Welt that matches the color of the cushion fabric is called a "matching" or "self" welt. Welt that is a different color than the color of the cushion fabric is called a "contrast" welt.
Adding a welt to a cushion is a custom process and may extend an order's lead time by 2 - 4 weeks. There may also be an additional charge for adding welt, which varies by manufacturer.
