The Hambrick Collection features artisan craftsmanship in 100% solid, plantation-grown teak hardwood. The naturally weather-resistant teak is smoothly sanded and may be oiled to preserve the warm look as shown, or allowed to weather naturally to a beautiful silvery gray patina. Hardware is zinc-coated steel that has been plated in brass. The zinc helps minimize corrosion, steel was chosen for strength, and brass for its luster. • Responsibly harvested solid plantation-grown teak.
• The teak plantation participates in a replenished forestry program and plants 1 tree for each tree that is harvested.
• A wire wheel is used to distress the teak wood to enhance the grain and provide a rustic finish.
• You may choose to allow your natural teak to weather to a beautiful silver-gray patina, or to keep the golden brown color the teak should be cleaned about once a year and a thin layer of teak oil should be applied after the wood has dried.

Warranty

The Forever Patio warranty covers manufacturing defects, normal wear and tear is not included. With a little bit of care, your furniture will outlive the warranty by many years.
Teak Wood Frame: Forever Patio extends a 1 year limited residential warranty against defects in workmanship and materials that cause structural failure.

Cushions: Sunbrella fabric cushions carry a 5 year fade warranty, the cushion seams are warranted for a period of 6 months.
The Forever Patio warranty does not apply to products used in a commercial setting.

Care and Maintenance

Frame: You may choose to allow your natural teak to weather to a beautiful silver-gray patina or treat it with teak cleaner specifically made for natural wood/teak twice a year to preserve the natural teak's golden finish. For this reason, changes in finish due to weathering are not covered by the warranty.

Cushions & Outdoor Fabric: Cleaning your cushions on a regular basis will help prevent build-up of dirt, which can generate mildew. Dirt and dust can be brushed off, and stains can be spot cleaned with mild soap and water, rinse, and allow the fabric to air dry. Cushion covers zip off and can be machine washed and air dried, do not put in the dryer. For tougher stains, visit the fabric manufacturer's website for additional recommendations. Tip: If your cushions are left out during a rainstorm, unzip and place the cushion on its side, zipper side down. This will allow the water to drain out quickly.

Covers & Storage: When not in use, we recommend using a protective cover with your furniture. During harsh weather and extreme temperatures, we recommend storing the cushions in a shed or garage, and covering the frames with protective covers. Damage caused by the elements, normal wear and tear or improper care is not covered by Forever Patio's warranty.
