Care and Maintenance

Fire Glass : Fire glass should always be handled with protective gloves. The glass is not able to be burned, so it produces no smoke. However, it can build up a "black smudge" on the surface of the glass that is simply soot from the flames. To clean soot, place the glass into a plastic or metal container and rinse thoroughly with water. Then, spread out and set them to dry. Wait until completely dry to transfer them back onto the fire pit for safe use.

Covers & Storage : When not in use, we recommend using a protective cover with your furniture. During harsh weather and extreme temperatures, we recommend storing the cushions in a shed or garage and covering the frames with protective covers. If you store the frames indoors during the winter, avoid storing them upside down, which can trap moisture.
