Exciting News!
Patio Productions is pleased to announce a whole new line of stunning patio furniture: the Acapulco chair and chat set!
Our new Acapulco furniture set looks beautiful on any patio
This modern outdoor chat set is based on the classic – nay, iconic – Mexican resort chair that was created and rose to enormous popularity in the 1950’s.
Legend has it that a French designer came up with the idea for the “Acapulco” patio furniture style after becoming intensely uncomfortable in a solid, single-piece chair that was burning up in the Mexican sunshine. He spotted some traditional Mayan hammocks nearby, and noting their breathability as well as their unique appearance, decided to take their signature wide-weave style and apply it to a chair.
The chair quickly became an enormous success, appearing at all major Mexican resorts. It wasn’t long before the unique style took over the United States as well!
Our Acapulco line features high quality (and weather roof) vinyl cording that is soft, pliable, and accommodating. The sturdy, slightly pear-shaped metal frame is built to last and offers tremendous support no matter your body type. And, in true Patio Productions fashion, we offer a variety of custom colors to choose from so you can have the PERFECT Acapulco chair design for your poolside. And what’s more, we use recycled materials whenever possible… an investment in one of our chairs is an investment in environmental consciousness, as well.
Nothing says “summer relaxation” quite like the tropical – the exotic – the timeless Acapulco chair. And now, you can have a unique, high quality Acapulco chair of your own from your friends at Patio Productions. Whether you are sipping a cool cerveza or taking a light summer siesta, the Acapulco will keep you looking and feeling cool and comfortable.
