What We Supply
The commercial catalog covers every category a hospitality property typically needs. Commercial dining chairs and commercial outdoor dining tables form the core of most restaurant and resort programs, available in stackable configurations with custom fabric options across Sunbrella's contract library. For lounges, pool decks, and terrace environments, our commercial outdoor sofas and modular sectionals are specified for multi-user daily use with open-cell foam cushion cores that drain rather than hold moisture between guests.
Bar and counter height seating is a separate program: commercial bar and counter chairs paired with commercial bar and counter tables cover rooftop bars, poolside stations, and restaurant high-tops. For shade, our commercial patio umbrellas include market, cantilever, and custom-pole configurations rated for high-wind environments. Institutional and campus clients frequently specify from our outdoor bench catalog and park and garden furniture collection. What "Commercial Grade" Means on This Catalog
The label gets used loosely in this industry. On our commercial catalog it means specific things. Frames are fully welded, not bolted, which eliminates the joint loosening that becomes a maintenance burden in high-occupancy settings. Upholstery fabrics are solution-dyed acrylic, typically Sunbrella, rated for tens of thousands of double-rub cycles and resistant to chlorine, salt air, UV exposure, and mildew. Cushion cores are open-cell or reticulated foam that drain and dry; poolside seating should not stay wet between uses. Frame materials are chosen for zero-maintenance operation: powder-coated aluminum won't rust, HDPE wicker is impervious to moisture and salt air, and poly lumber wipes clean.
Frame warranties reflect the category. Aluminum frames in our commercial catalog typically carry a 5-year commercial warranty against structural failure. That is the same specification a hotel purchasing manager uses when stocking 200 chairs they need operational for seven years.

Of all of the projects we have had the pleasure of being a part of, this one was truly special. The Ronald McDonald House provides a great service housing families with children undergoing treatment at Rady Children's Hospital. We supplied them with Harmonia Living outdoor sofas, club chairs, sectionals and even some custom benches to match. We also supplied dining furniture for 50+ people and umbrellas for shade.
