Frame: Frame has a 15 year residential / 5 year commercial warranty against structural failure or manufacturing defects.

Finish: Finish has a 5-year residential and commercial warranty against peeling and blistering under normal use and proper maintenance.

Cushions: Outdoor cushions have a 2-year residential / 1-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Fabrics: Sunbrella, Outdura, and Bella Dura Fabrics have a 5-year fade warranty.

HDPE: Use this method for quick clean-ups throughout the season. All you need to clean HDPE is mild dish soap, warm water, and a soft cloth! For extra cleaning power or to sanitize, mix 1/3 parts bleach with 2/3 parts water and apply the bleach mixture to the finish with a clean cloth. Allow the bleach solution to sit on the lumber for a few minutes; it will not affect the color of the lumber. Loosen any dirt or debris that may catch in the surface grooves of the lumber by scrubbing the bleach mixture with a soft-bristle brush. Rinse thoroughly, and air dry or wipe dry with a soft cloth.

Cushions & Outdoor Fabric: Regular cleaning with mild soap and water will help prevent the build-up of dirt, which can generate mildew. Simply spot-treat stains with mild soap and water, rinse, and allow the fabric to air dry. Cushions will dry much faster when removed from the frames and placed on their sides or edges. Covers & Storage: When not in use, we recommend using a protective cover with your furniture. During harsh weather and extreme temperatures, we recommend storing the cushions in a shed or garage and covering the frames with protective covers. If you store the frames indoors during the winter, avoid storing them upside down, which can trap moisture.
