Aluminum Frame: Residential – 15 Years, Commercial – 5 Years. Covers structural failure or manufacturing defects under normal use.

Finish: Residential – 5 Years, Commercial – 5 Years. Covers peeling and blistering under normal use and proper maintenance.

Outdoor Cushions: Residential – 2 Years, Commercial – 1 Year. Covers manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Fabric (Sunbrella, Outdura, Bella Dura): 5-Year Fade Warranty. Covers fading under normal use.

Frame: Simply hose off or wipe down your frame to clean it. Avoid harsh cleaners, brushes, or power washers, which could damage the finish. Take extra care in humid or coastal settings; accumulation of salts and other debris can damage your frame.

Cushions & Outdoor Fabric: Regular cleaning with mild soap and water helps prevent the build-up of dirt that can generate mildew. Spot-treat stains with mild soap and water, rinse, and allow the fabric to air dry. Cushions dry faster when removed from the frames and placed on their sides or edges.

Covers & Storage: When not in use, we recommend using a protective cover. During harsh weather and extreme temperatures, store the cushions in a shed or garage and cover the frames. If storing frames indoors for winter, avoid storing them upside down, which can trap moisture.
