Aluminum Frame: Residential – 15 Years, Commercial – 5 Years. Covers structural failure or manufacturing defects under normal use.

Finish: Residential – 5 Years, Commercial – 5 Years. Covers peeling and blistering under normal use and proper maintenance.

Sling (Sensation): Residential – 5 Years, Commercial – 2 Years. Covers tearing, discoloration, or excessive fading.

Frame: Simply hose off or wipe down your frame to clean it. Avoid harsh cleaners, brushes, or power washers, which could damage the finish. Take extra care in humid or coastal settings; accumulation of salts and other debris can damage your frame.

Sling: Wipe down with a damp cloth using a mild soap-and-water mixture every few weeks to protect against stains and maintain appearance. To remove mold, rinse with water and gently scrub with a brush.
