Frame: 15 year residential / 5 year commercial warranty against structural failure or manufacturing defects.

Finish: 5-year residential and commercial warranty against peeling and blistering under normal use and proper maintenance.

Cushions: Outdoor cushions have a 2-year residential / 1-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Fabrics: Sunbrella, Outdura, and Bella Dura fabrics have a 5-year fade warranty.

HDPE: All you need to clean HDPE is mild dish soap, warm water, and a soft cloth. For extra cleaning power or to sanitize, mix 1/3 parts bleach with 2/3 parts water and apply to the finish with a clean cloth. Allow the bleach solution to sit on the lumber for a few minutes; it will not affect the color. Loosen any dirt or debris in the surface grooves by scrubbing with a soft-bristle brush, then rinse thoroughly and air dry or wipe dry with a soft cloth.

Cushions & Outdoor Fabric: Regular cleaning with mild soap and water will help prevent the build-up of dirt, which can generate mildew. Spot-treat stains with mild soap and water, rinse, and allow the fabric to air dry. Cushions will dry much faster when removed from the frames and placed on their sides or edges.

Covers & Storage: When not in use, we recommend using a protective cover with your furniture. During harsh weather and extreme temperatures, store the cushions in a shed or garage and cover the frames with protective covers. If you store the frames indoors during the winter, avoid storing them upside down, which can trap moisture.
