This service includes assembly, placement of the furniture on your patio, and removal of packaging.This elevated delivery service requires an additional charge which will be automatically calculated and applied during checkout. Jensen Outdoor's warranty covers manufacturing defects; normal wear and tear is not included. With a little bit of care, your furniture will outlive the warranty for many years.

• Wood Frame: Wood frames are warranted to not break or crack for five (5) years of residential use or three (3) years of commercial use.
• Hardware: Hardware used in the production or assembly of Jensen Outdoor furniture is warranted to not break for five (5) years of residential use or three (3) years of commercial use
• Fabric: Ultrafabrics® fabric carries a 5 year fade warranty from the manufacturer.

Ipe Wood: You can wash your Ipe wood surfaces with a soft towel and mild dish soap, then rinse clean with water. Once complete, allow to dry. Avoid using harsh cleaners, brushes or power washers, which could damage the finish. For color restoration and tough stain removal instructions, please see the attached Care & Maintenance Guide.Ultrafabrics®:To maintain the beauty and durability of your Ultrafabrics upholstery, regular cleaning and proper care are essential. Wipe up spills immediately to prevent stains, and clean the surface with mild soap and water for routine care. For sanitizing, use a 1:5 bleach/water solution, and for stubborn stains, quickly wipe them with isopropyl alcohol. After cleaning, thoroughly rinse with clean water to remove any residue and allow the fabric to air dry. It's important to avoid using other cleaning agents, conditioners, or protectants, as they can degrade the fabric's performance and void the warranty. Additionally, some clothing and accessories may transfer dye to lighter-colored fabrics, particularly under varying temperature and humidity, which can be irreversible. Ultrafabrics materials are designed to withstand various disinfectants such as 1:5 household bleach/water solutions, isopropyl alcohol, and Clorox® Healthcare wipes. Always follow cleaning guidelines and avoid soaking the material to prolong the life of your furniture while maintaining its quality and performance.Covers & Storage: When not in use, we recommend using a protective cover with your furniture. During harsh weather and extreme temperatures, we recommend storing the cushions in a shed or garage and covering the frames with protective covers. If you store the frames indoors during the winter, avoid storing them upside down, which can trap moisture.
