Cushions: 2 Years against manufacturing defects.

Rope: 3 Years Residential, 2 Years Commercial against fading, discoloration or deterioration.

Frame: Simply hose off or wipe down the frame to clean it. Avoid harsh cleaners, brushes, or power washers, which could damage the finish. Take extra care in humid or coastal settings, where the accumulation of salt and debris can damage the frame.

Rope: Outdoor rope is all-weather and fade-resistant. To clean, wash it with a soft brush or sponge with mild soapy water. Rinse well and allow to completely air dry. Do not use solvents, abrasives, or chemical cleaning products, and do not pull hard on the material as it can be stretched out of shape.

Cushions & Fabric: Regular cleaning with mild soap and water helps prevent the build-up of dirt that can generate mildew. Spot-treat stains with mild soap and water, rinse, and allow the fabric to air dry. Cushions dry much faster when removed from the frames and placed on their sides or edges. Covers & Storage: When not in use, use a protective cover. During harsh weather and extreme temperatures, store the cushions in a shed or garage and cover the frames. If storing frames indoors over winter, avoid storing them upside down, which can trap moisture.
