Sunset West's warranty covers manufacturing defects; normal wear and tear is not included.

Frame: 10 Years Residential, 2 Years Commercial.

Finish: 3 Years Residential, 2 Years Commercial.

Sunbrella Fabric: 5-Year fade warranty.

Cushions: 2 Years against manufacturing defects.

Wicker: 3 Years Residential, 2 Years Commercial against fading, discoloration or deterioration.

Care and Maintenance

Frame: Simply wipe down your frame to clean it, taking care to dry it thoroughly after. Avoid using harsh cleaners, brushes or power washers, which could damage your product. Take extra care when placing your furniture in humid or coastal settings; accumulation of salts and other debris can cause damage to your frame and void the warranty.

Cushions & Wicker: Cleaning your cushions and wicker on a regular basis will help prevent build-ups of dirt, which can generate mildew. Simply spot treat stains with mild soap and water, rinse, and allow the fabric to air dry. Placing a cushion on its side will help the water to drain faster. Never use a commercial washer or dryer to clean your cushions.

Covers & Storage: When not in use, we recommend using a protective cover with your furniture. During harsh weather and extreme temperatures, we recommend storing your Sunset West pieces in a shed or garage.
