Castelle brand requires all Castelle patio furniture deliveries to include White Glove delivery service. This service includes assembly, placement of the furniture on your patio, and removal of packaging. This elevated delivery service requires an additional charge which will be automatically calculated and applied during checkout. Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding White Glove delivery and associated fees. Depending on the size and location of your order we may be able to waive these fees.

Warranty

Castelle's warranty covers manufacturing defects; normal wear and tear is not included. With a little bit of care, your furniture will outlive the warranty for many years.

Frame has a 15-year residential against structural failure or manufacturing defects
Finish has a 5-year residential warranty against peeling and blistering under normal use and proper maintenance
Cushions have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in assembly
Fabrics have a 5-year fade warranty

Care and Maintenance

Frame: Clean regularly with a mild soap and water solution. Avoid harsh cleaners, brushes, or power washers, which can damage the finish. Routine maintenance will extend the furniture's life and keep it looking beautiful.

Cushions & Fabric: Clean cushions regularly to prevent the dirt build-up that can generate mildew. Brush off dirt and dust, and spot-clean stains with mild soap and water, then rinse and allow the fabric to air dry. Covers zip off and can be machine washed and air dried — do not put them in the dryer. For tougher stains, consult the fabric manufacturer's recommendations. Tip: if cushions are caught in a rainstorm, unzip and stand the cushion on its side, zipper-side down, so water drains quickly.

Covers & Storage: To prolong the life of your furniture, use a protective cover. In harsh winter climates, store cushions inside a garage or shed and cover the frames to prevent damage.
