Ebel Inc.'s warranty covers manufacturing defects; normal wear and tear is not included. With a little bit of care, your furniture will outlive the warranty by many years.

Wicker weave has a 5-year residential warranty against peeling and blistering under normal use and proper maintenance
Finish has a 3-year residential warranty against peeling and blistering under normal use and proper maintenance
Sunbrella, Outdura, and Bella Dura Fabrics have a 5-year fade warranty
Outdoor cushions have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase

Care and Maintenance

Wicker: Simply hose off, or use a solution of mild dish soap (just a drop or two) and water with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals to clean HDPE wicker.

Cushions & Outdoor Fabric: Cleaning your cushions on a regular basis will help prevent build-up of dirt, which can generate mildew. Simply spot treat stains with mild soap and water, rinse, and allow the fabric to air dry. Tip: Placing a cushion on its side will help the water to drain faster! Never use a commercial washer or dryer to clean your cushions.

Covers & Storage: To prolong the life of your furniture, we recommend using a protective cover. In areas with harsh winter climate, store the cushions inside of a garage or shed, and cover the frames to prevent damage.
