2-Year Warranty against mechanical defects. Wind damage, normal wear, and finish changes from weather or use are not covered.

Frame: Wipe the pole and ribs with mild soap and water, then rinse and dry. Avoid harsh cleaners, abrasive brushes, and power washers, which can damage the finish. In coastal or humid areas, rinse more often to remove salt and debris.

Canopy & Fabric: Brush off loose dirt and spot-clean with mild soap and lukewarm water, then rinse thoroughly and let the canopy air dry completely before closing to prevent mildew. For Sunbrella and Suncrylic canopies, follow the fabric manufacturer's care guidelines.

Storage: Always close and secure the umbrella when it is not in use and in windy conditions. For extended storage or harsh weather, lower the canopy and cover the umbrella or store it indoors. Never store the umbrella while it is wet.
