The Berlin Gardens warranty covers manufacturing defects; normal wear and tear is not included. With a little bit of care, your furniture will outlive the warranty by many years.

• Polyethylene Fire Pits with a Polyethylene Top are warranted to be free of original defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 10 years of residential use or 2 years of commercial use. A glass wind guard must be installed at all times to keep flames from touching the material and avoid melting. Lighting or burning a fire pit without the glass wind guard installed may result in melting of the polyethylene material and voids this warranty
• Stainless Steel Burners and all parts/components for burners are provided by The Outdoor GreatRoom Company. The Outdoor GreatRoom Company warrants these components will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year. Stainless Steel parts and assemblies carry a limited lifetime warranty. Slight rusting on burners and components of the burners are not covered by this warranty

Frame: Simply hose off or wipe down your frames to clean them! Avoid using harsh cleaners, brushes or power washers, which could damage the finish. You can use Berlin Gardens Xtreme Clean or any generic composite deck cleaner if needed.Covers & Storage:To prolong the life of your furniture, we recommend using a protective cover. In areas with harsh winters, store the cushions inside of a garage or shed, and cover the frames to prevent damage.
