Composite Dining Chairs for Maintenance-Free Outdoor Seating
Composite dining chairs are built from recycled HDPE poly lumber that never needs painting, sealing, or refinishing, backed by a 20-year material warranty from POLYWOOD, the brand that leads this category. Patio Productions carries their Vineyard, EDGE, Latitude, and Chippendale lines, spanning classic slat-back to clean modern silhouettes.
POLYWOOD's Dining Chair Lines
The Vineyard collection covers the most ground: a garden dining arm chair, a folding dining chair, side and arm chair versions, plus Adirondack-style dining and swivel dining variants for a more relaxed profile at the table. The EDGE line brings a cleaner, more contemporary look, including sling versions with a woven-look seat and back. Latitude offers a simpler side and arm chair pairing, and Chippendale carries the traditional slat-back silhouette through a garden arm chair option as well.
What Recycled HDPE Actually Means
Poly lumber is manufactured from recycled high-density polyethylene, much of it sourced from post-consumer plastic like milk jugs, compressed and pigmented all the way through the material rather than painted on the surface. That's why it doesn't chip, peel, or fade the way a painted surface finish would over time. POLYWOOD's 20-year warranty reflects how the material actually performs, not an optimistic marketing number.
Completing the Set
Composite dining chairs pair naturally with our composite dining tables for a fully matched, zero-maintenance dining set, or browse the wider composite patio furniture collection if you want to extend the same low-maintenance material into lounge or bar seating. If you're comparing composite against other dining materials, our full outdoor dining furniture collection covers wood, aluminum, and wicker options side by side.
Patio Productions is ICFA-certified and has been outfitting outdoor living spaces from our San Diego showroom and nationally online since 2007. All orders ship free in the U.S., and our team can help match chair and table finishes across the POLYWOOD lineup.
