Lancaster is built for covered outdoor spaces with some architectural weight behind them. The heavy rail profiles and deep scrollwork are deliberately traditional, the kind of furniture that belongs under a substantial pergola or in a walled courtyard rather than on a modern open deck. It's sleek within that idiom, not overwrought, but the design language is unmistakably formal.

The defining feature is a customization option that most furniture lines don't offer: buyers choose between two distinct chair back motifs, Saltire and Ellipse. The Saltire back uses an X-pattern cross brace; the Ellipse replaces it with an oval medallion. Both are cast directly into the aluminum. It's a small choice in writing, but a significant one in person, since the chair back is what you see from every angle across a table or lounge arrangement. The fire pit is a standout. Deep seating collections occasionally include one, but it's rarely this well-integrated.
