Oxford Garden's warranty covers manufacturing defects; normal wear and tear is not included. With a little bit of care, your Oxford Garden furniture will outlive the warranty by many years.
- Frame: Oxford Garden warranties all powder-coated aluminum frames for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase against structural failure.
- Finish: Oxford Garden warranties the powder coat finish on all aluminum frames for a period three (3) years from the date of purchase against peeling, flaking and blisters.
- Hardware: Oxford Garden warranties all hardware used in the construction of its outdoor furniture for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase to be free from defects and against structural failure.
- Teakwood: Oxford Garden® warranties Tekwood products for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase against structural failure.
Care & Maintenance
Frame Care: Simply hose off or wipe down your frame to clean it! Avoid using harsh cleaners, brushes or power washers, which could damage the finish. Regular maintenance of the furniture will extend its life and will keep it looking beautiful.
Tekwood Care: Tekwood products should be cleansed using mild, non-abrasive cleaner and rinsed well. Over time, Tekwood's color may darken slightly if exposed to sun and other natural elements. This process cannot be reversed however, it does not affect the structural integrity or aesthetic of the product. To prolong this process, Oxford Garden recommends bringing furniture indoors or covering when not in use or during non-seasonal months. To prevent staining, use a furniture polish or protectant that is labeled safe for plastic materials prior to use.
