Where most aluminum outdoor furniture is extruded — hollow profiles pushed through shaped dies — Castelle builds on cast frames: molten aluminum poured into precision molds, cooled into solid pieces with scrollwork, lattice, and three-dimensional rail detail that read entirely differently up close. What Cast Construction Allows

The difference between cast and extruded aluminum shows most clearly in ornament. Extruded profiles produce consistent, clean geometry — the foundation for modern and minimalist outdoor design, and excellent for what it is. Cast frames open up the decorative range: scrollwork, architectural detail, rail profiles with dimension and weight that become part of the furniture's identity rather than finishing applied after the fact. Those details are built directly into the metal. Nothing chips off, peels away, or needs periodic restoring.

Every Castelle frame is powder-coated with an electrostatically applied finish and backed by a 15-year warranty. Aluminum doesn't rust — coastal settings, poolside environments, and high-humidity climates are all within scope, with no seasonal treatment required beyond a periodic rinse. Sunbrella cushions are available in 200+ fabrics, each sized to Castelle's specific frames from the factory.

The Collections

Castelle's catalog spans formal traditional and warmer transitional aesthetics. Lodge and Lancaster anchor the traditional end: heavy rail profiles, deep scrollwork, furniture that belongs under a pergola and stays put visually. Gala and Villa Bianca carry more refined, restrained elegance. Monterey, Trento, and Roma bring Mediterranean warmth to the same cast vocabulary; Park Place and Berkeley move toward cleaner transitional profiles — the ornamentation of cast aluminum with a lighter visual presence.
