Care and Maintenance Tips If you happen to live near the coast, once every 2 months of uncovered exposure, wipe down the aluminum frames underneath as a build-up of salt on the frames may, over time, affect the finish. For fabric care, both we and Sunbrella recommend that the cushion fabric be cleaned on a regular basis to prevent both dirt build-up and/or mildew formation. With these simple instructions, your patio set will look as good as new for many seasons to come.
