"I bought this sectional after searching the internet. It was exactly what I needed. Outdoor furniture that would withstand the weather in the Bahamas (sun, rain, hurricanes). I called and spoke to a sales representative who knew the products, was patient and helped me choose the correct pieces for the gazebo that hangs over the canal (unenclosed - just a roof and some half crisscross arbor walls). He was able to get the exact color of fabric (Sunbrella is the best quality outdoor fabric). I thought we would have challenges because I was buying furniture I hadn't seen, except on line, that was being shipped to a freight forwarder in Florida and then had to be placed on a ship to get to the island. I was concerned about the packing of the furniture to avoid any damage. We are talking about outdoor wicker (didn't want anything torn or ripped. Canvas fabric - no tears. Square glass top for the large square coffee table). I was informed when the furniture was shipped as well as the estimated arrival in Florida. It arrived on time. When it was delivered to my home on Grand Bahama Island, from the cargo ship and unwrapped, I held my breath. Everything was perfect. The wicker, the fabric, the glass. I have ordered many pieces of furniture on line from other sources and have been disappointed. Not this time. Even the color of the fabric (which was the exact color that was pictured on line) was perfect. Also, each leg of the furniture was protected with covering and when the covering was removed the legs were rust free metal. Gorgeous and luxurious. About a month or so later I ordered 2 more sections to fill out the gazebo. Everyone that sees the furniture is blown away. They all ask 'where did you get this?' Patio Productions Luxe Urbana All-Weather Wicker Outdoor Furniture. I cannot recommend them more highly. Customer service is supreme as are their products."
